Shipping Policy

At Giftrixx, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 working hours. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, rare delays may occur due to operational or courier-related reasons.

Delivery Timeline (Within India)

• Orders are shipped from Noida.

• Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

General Delivery Estimates:

• Delhi NCR : Same day delivery

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

• Other Locations: Starting from 3rd working day onwards

Please note: These timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier service conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customised Orders

• Customised or personalised products require additional processing time.

• Dispatch for customised orders typically takes 4 or more working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD charges: ₹60 extra

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid (online payment) orders.

If a COD order is cancelled once, future COD orders from the same customer may not be processed.
