We request all customers to carefully review the product description, size details, specifications, and customization options before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not been dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Transit Damage
Although rare, damage may occur during courier transit.

If the package appears damaged, please record a clear unboxing/opening video.

The opening video is mandatory and must clearly show:

The sealed parcel

The unboxing process

The product condition

If the item is found damaged, we will arrange a replacement immediately.
Without an opening video, we will be unable to process any damage-related claims.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (subject to availability).

If the requested product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.

Exchange is allowed once per order only.

Additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges.
Important Conditions:

Customized or personalized products (e.g., name customization) are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange is not accepted due to personal preferences such as dislike of color or product choice.

Products purchased during sales, with discounts, coupons, or gift vouchers are non-exchangeable.

Only unused, undamaged products with original tags, labels, and packaging intact are eligible for exchange.
Exchange Request Timeline

Customers must email us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any issue.

A clear video of the product along with repackaging proof must be shared.

Shipping charges (to and fro) may apply depending on parcel size.
In certain locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product back themselves.
If the product is not handed over within 5–7 business days after the exchange request is approved, the request will be automatically cancelled.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only if the product is unavailable.

Refunds are generally credited within 4–10 working days.

The refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to bank processing timelines.
